As you know, vegan people are those who <\/span>do not consume any product derived from animals<\/b>, be it meat or fish, or everything they produce (milk, eggs, honey …). The difference between normal wines and vegan wines is in a process that the wine undergoes to <\/span>clean it of impurities before bottling<\/b>, which traditionally uses some products of animal origin that vegan people could not consume. Vegan wines, however, go through a similar process with the difference that they use <\/span>proteins of 100% vegetable origin<\/b> such as those from wheat, potatoes or peas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within our wide and varied production, today we want to tell you about two wines that have this special characteristic. We are referring to <\/span>Chitmil Blanco and Chitmil Tinto<\/b>, two gastronomic wines whose peculiarity is that they are <\/span>100% vegan<\/b>. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free wines with the <\/span>V-Label<\/b> <\/a>seal and endorsement.<\/span><\/p>\n

This seal, which certifies the quality of our wines, is an<\/span> internationally recognized and registered symbol<\/b> for the labeling of vegan and vegetarian products and services. For consumers, it is a simple and reliable guide that confirms their claims when purchasing a wine according to their convictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also have two other seals that demonstrate our commitment to the resources of natural areas and production processes that respect the environment. These are the<\/span> Certified own vineyards in natural reserve<\/i><\/b> and the <\/span>Red de espacios naturales C y L Marca Natural<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Color:<\/b> Bright and clean with greenish tones typical of the Verdejo variety.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nose:<\/b> Aromatic power of white flowers and fresh fruit with persistence, alive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mouth<\/b>: Smooth and pungent entry with bitter and fresh final acidity that gives it a very natural touch typical of the variety.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pairing:<\/b> Ideal for vegan food, summer salads, pasta and rice.<\/span><\/p>\n
